TERMS OF USE
By
applying for an HentaiKey.com membership ID you agree to the following
terms and conditions. These terms and conditions will continue in effect
throughout your HentaiKey.com membership and after any termination, cancellation,
or expiration. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
1.
Applicant represents and warrants that he or she is at least eighteen
(18) years of age or twenty-one (21) years of age if he or she resides
or accesses the internet in states, provinces or countries where eighteen
(18) is not the age of majority.
2. Applicant affirms and
warrants that he or she is the valid holder of the credit card used
to purchase the HentaiKey GT membership ID.
3. Applicant acknowledges
and understands that the HentaiKey.com membership ID will permit Applicant
to access independently owned and operated websites which may contain
explicit adult oriented materials that are not suitable for minors including,
but not limited to, sexually explicit acts, depictions and descriptions
of graphic nudity, simulated or actual sexual acts, masturbation, and
homosexuality (referred to herein as "adult materials").
4. Applicant acknowledges
and understands that HentaiKey.com provides password access service,
intended to linmit minors from accessing adult materials.
5. Applicant represents and
warrants that if Applicant accesses any adult materials that it is legal
for the Applicant to receive and view same and that Applicant will not
use the adult materials in any unlawful manner including, but not limited
to, unlawful transmission, display to minors and infringing on the intellectual
property rights of owners or licensees of the adult materials.
6. Applicant acknowledges
and represents that he or she knows and understands the laws concerning
adult materials in the location where he or she resides and/or views
same and accepts responsibility for his or her actions. Applicant will
not apply for an HentaiKey.com membership ID or view adult materials
in any location where same could reasonably constitute a violation of
any law, regulation, rule, or custom.
7. Applicant, upon approval,
will be given an HentaiKey.com membership ID which will allow access
to participating websites for a specified period of time for which Applicant
has enrolled and paid.
8. Applicant will not publish,
disclose, distribute, or disseminate his or her HentaiKey.com membership
ID to any other person.
9. An HentaiKey.com Basik
(FREE) membership ID with Lifetime access is FREE. An HentaiKey.com
Premium GT membership ID may be purchased for a "monthly" fee of $29.95,
"Monthly" memberships renew every thirty (30) days for $29.95.
10. Annual memberships are
nonrecurring. Prior to expiration, HentaiKey.com will notify by email
those who have purchased annual memberships of their renewal options.
Applicants who have purchased a monthly membership ID and who choose
not to renew their membership must notify HentaiKey.com of their option
not to renew within three (3) days of the (monthly) membership renewal
date. Applicant authorizes HentaiKey.com to charge any and all renewals
to the credit card account originally provided.
11. HentaiKey.com reserves
the right to terminate a membership ID with or without notice if, in
its sole discretion, it determines that Applicant has violated any of
these terms and conditions.
12. All fees paid for a membership
ID are nonrefundable in the event that the membership is cancelled by
HentaiKey.com for violations of these terms and conditions. If HentaiKey.com
determines that the membership ID was obtained by use of a credit card
for which Applicant was not an authorized user, HentaiKey.com will credit
the credit card account and invalidate the membership ID.
13. HentaiKey.com does not
guarantee or warrant the compatibility of Applicant's equipment, computer,
software, browser, server, or online service. HentaiKey.com is not responsible
for any interruption in service or inability of Applicant to access
participating websites due to technical difficulties or other causes
beyond its control.
14. Applicant agrees to indemnify
and hold HentaiKey.com harmless from any and all liability, damages,
claims, actions, or causes of action (including all costs and attorneys'
fees) which may arise out of Applicant's use of an HentaiKey.com membership
ID including, but not limited to, receipt, viewing, transmission or
retransmission, or use of any adult materials or any violation of these
terms and conditions.
15. Applicant accepts all
responsibility and assumes all risk in using an HentaiKey.com membership
ID for access to any participating websites and for the use of any materials
obtained from any participating website.
16. Applicant acknowledges
and agrees that these terms and conditions may be changed, modified
and/or amended by HentaiKey.com at any time with or without notice.
17. Applicant warrants that
all information provided to HentaiKey.com is valid and true.
18. Applicant acknowledges
and agrees that by applying for and accepting an HentaiKey.com membership
ID that these terms and conditions shall be construed under the laws
of the state of Florida and that jurisdiction and venue for any action
to enforce, interpret or otherwise deal with these terms and conditions
or any rights arising therefrom shall be in Dade County, Florida..
19. Applicant acknowledges
and warrants that he or she has read these terms and conditions and
agrees to be bound by them as part of and in consideration of receipt
and/or use of the HentaiKey.com membership ID.
